The CAR-GRAND Universal Luxury Leather Car Seat Covers definitely has one major thing that I do like a lot and that’s the front portion of the car covers are made of PU leather.
What I do like about the seat covers is the look and the leather but it does use a backing similar to other car seat covers and they have the ties and metal clips to keep things in place.
With that being said, unlike the pictures, the CAR-GRAND Universal Luxury Leather Car Seat Covers was a bit baggy for my Prius’ seats.
They are not as snug as I was hoping. The front seats, not bad. But they are not as perfect looking like what you see on the photos.
Even worse are the back seats. While I had no problem with the bottom portion, the top portion was problematic and this the reason why… the zippers.
I can not stand thin zippers because they tend to break apart from the teeth. If someone is sitting in the center and moves around, that zipper can break away (especially the center zipper) and when that happens, it just messes with the overall flow of the back and it becomes baggy and it’s one major caveat of this seat cover. If it uses zippers, use better, thicker zippers vs. tiny zippers that can easily separate and literally makes the that rear seat problematic.
Really good seat covers but with it using cheap, small zippers, it makes that rear seat cover more problematic than its worth. If they can use better zippers, this would have easily received five stars!
