During the cherry blossom season, Starbucks in Japan tends to offer special beverages and food.
Every area is different but here are examples of things I ordered. In Tokyo, I tried the SAKURAFUL Doughnut.
And then we go to Kawagoe:

And the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Tokyo:
For the most part, in terms of cherry blossoms, each Starbucks offered the SAKURAFUL Doughnut and Starbucks Spring Season Coffee but each prefecture offers their own Starbucks merchandise.
The only difference is Starbucks Reserve Roastery, it’s not like a regular Starbucks as they offer different food and you have several floors of beverages, food and merchandise being sold. They don’t offer the standard Starbucks food as they have Spirito di Milano serving awesome delicacies. But the Roastery is a few feet from Meguro River, so walk outdoors in late March or April, and the cherry blossoms are out and thus they have merchandise with blossom petals.
So, that’s what one can expect to see at a Starbucks during cherry blossom season.
