Yebisu Garden Place is one of the most visited areas during the Christmas holiday due to the winter illumination at Yebisu Garden place.
The main attraction is typically a large Christmas tree, the Christmas illumination leading to the BACCARAT ETERNAL LIGHTS and this year, the event is promoting a smiley face theme via the “BACCARAT ETERNAL LIGHTS -Ryakusho Sumairu” (Ryakusho Smile).
The event will kick off on November 14th and will last through January 11, 2021.
BACCARAT which continues to carry on the tradition of more than 250 years, will illuminate the world’s largest chandelier at Yebisu Garden Place Center Square.
Every half hour starting at 5:00 p.m., the chandelier will illuminate with a blue light as a thank you to medical services staff who have been working hard this year.
Through the lighting of the baccarat chandelier, is to express the gratitude and hope to many people towards 2021.
Lighting time is from 11:00 a.m. to midnight and is organized by the Sapporo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Baccarat Pacific Co., Ltd. with special cooperation of SUS Co., LTd. with support from the French Embassy in Japan.
