I am a big fan of Wild Bliss Organics teas. They are healthy, they are caffeine free and for the most part, each one I have tried, the teas are great.
For those not familiar with Wild Bliss, the tea is from herbs from the Carpathian Mountains and are harvested and immediately dried and airtight packed at the source to preserve its freshness and botanical potency.
And this time around, I’m trying their Organic Wild St. John’s Wort.
St. John’s Wort is also known as Hypericum perforatum, a flowering plant that has been used in alternative medicine and has been used to treat anxiety and insomnia.
In fact, in front of the tin package, it shows as “Promotes Healthy Mood”. The tea has been tested for Pharmacopoeia Grade Potency and is also caffeine free.
The tea is mild, a little bitter and for the most part, I do like it but its a bit more earthy compared to other Wild Bliss teas that I had, but it’s not bad.
There is something I did notice though, in the past Wild Bliss Organics teas, there were two packages. This one only had one. So not sure if things have changed since my last Wild Bliss Organics tea.
But I do like Wild Bliss Organics’ Organic Wild St. John’s Wort and recommend it!
