The One about Matcha Moments Matcha Green Tea Premium and Ceremonial Grade

I have been using Matcha Moments Matcha Green Tea (Premium Grade) for whenever I want green tea and I also have used it on smoothies.

Premium Grade is not quite as sweet as Ceremonial Grade but it does contain all nutrients found in Ceremonial Grade. The crop for Premium Grade typically comes from a second harvest, so it will be stronger in taste and slightly more bitter than Ceremonial Grade.

The matcha is from Japanese farms, which I was looking for, so that’s great!

I prefer my green tea with hot water and it’s my preference. I don’t use a whole lot but it’s what I have been looking for and I really like the product a lot.

Having used the Matcha Moments Premium Grade Green Tea and loving it, I wanted to try the Ceremonial Grade for baking!

As for Ceremonial Grade, It has a fresh, delicate flavor and which means it can be enjoyed by itself without being sweetened or added to anything.

Typically, Ceremonial Grade Matcha is not used as an ingredient for cooking, baking, or garnishing. For this one, it is.

I got the 30g but I used it to make a matcha cake and for the most part, the cake turned out delicious.

It’s important to note that with Matcha Moments, you are getting a product sourced from Japan, which is great!

The Ceremonial Grade is perfect for baking and can also be utilized in drinks as well (but I use it primarily for baking, the Premium Grade for drinking).
