Another wonderful tea product from Wild Bliss is their Organic Elderflower Tea.
Harvested at the end of May (and not from the Carpathian Mountains like their other teas), I noticed that with this tea, it’s an herbal tea with a fruity, citrus taste.
As for Elderflower, the plant is packed with quercetin and other powerful bioflavonoids. While it could be enjoyed in the cold weather season to promote respiratory and bronchial health, I have enjoyed this tea hot and cold and enjoyed it both ways.
There are two big foil packets in each tin and this tea is caffeine free!
