I’ve often written about language learning and I’ve also written about Rosetta Stone in the past.
But I realize that for some people, the time to study a foreign language if they are not attending a class and don’t have a tutor is trying to learn on their own time.
For busy people, sometime’s that may be right before bed or during lunchtime at the office. So, learning on their PC/Mac nor bring around a book to areas that it could be damaged is not always the path that people want.
In fact, I have often heard from people that learning from their smartphone is their best way to learn and their dedication to learning is sometimes when they are in bed, laying down and wanting to get some study before sleeping.
While there are good applications to learn Japanese and books to learn from as I have mentioned in my past Rosetta Stone review, I do want to recommend Rosetta Stone. Especially now, more than ever as the company now offers lifetime subscriptions through Amazon.
Personally, it’s more cost effective to go the path of purchasing a lifetime subscription vs. a three month, six month or yearly subscription.
Granted, for some, paying for the lifetime subscription (around $225) maybe a bit much (Amazon often has Daily Deals bringing it down to $179) but learning languages is something you keep coming back to, not just advancing chapter by chapter but also going back to refresh your mind and going through earlier chapters.
It’s important to note that the lifetime subscription is on Amazon only and you can access dozens of languages!
