As I have written about the indoor theme park, J-World, located at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro, one of the things I am often asked about is the store.
What items are sold? Is it a great place for souvenirs? Yada yada yada.
And for the most part, the answer is yes. If your friend is into anime and manga, then the store has a good number of things for sale. But at the same time, across the street from Sunshine City is Animate (which I blogged about a few days ago), which also has a ton of souvenirs you can buy as well.
It’s important to note that while the store offers a variety of merchandise for manga/anime fans, as the store is inside J-World in Ikebukuro, unlike Akihabara which is targeted more for male fans, Ikebukuro attracts many female fans thanks to the nearby Otome Road.
But here are a few things you can find at the J-World Store.
And this is pretty much a good look of the merchandise sold at the J-WORLD Store and it really does appeal to the fans who are into Shonen Jump.
Definitely a place worth visiting!
