I have used a good number of putters in my lifetime and I have used mallet putters in the past and I have had good experiences with them.
But I have moved away and started using my Ping putter for the last decade.
I recently gave the Pinemeadow PGX SL Putter a try and there is a few things that I noticed immediately.
At 340 grams and being tour weighted, it weights more than my other putters. Weight is balanced but it takes a while to figure out how to balance your hit without putting too much power, because this putter gives you a bit more, in my opinion. Which is a good thing as you become more acclimated to using it.
The putter has a white finish, an alignment system and comes standard with the firm and comfortable Pinemeadow grip.
The PGX SL Putter comes with a leather velcro headcover which is a plus with the sewn PGX SL and Pinemeadow logo.
Overall, I have to say that Pinemeadow has done an awesome job with this putter. Once again, it takes a while to get acclimated to that extra power, but once you get it down, you may find yourself ditching your old putter and using the Pinemeadow Golf PGX SL putter as your primary putter during a match.
