I was surprised to find out that there were people who made tungsten nail weights, so I had to give the Dummhfrau Tungsten Nail Weights.
They are offered in 1/16, 1/32 (which I got), 3/32 and 3/64 and they come with 15 pieces (10 pieces only for 1/16 and 3/32).
They are typically used for “Neko rigs” which the screw goes into the tail of the worm and the bait falls head first and you can easily screw in the weights into the artificial worm and helps with lures sinking faster in heavy cover, windy conditions and deep water.
They are also used in Texas rigs in which you embed it towards the center (not from the center), this will change its movement for a feather in the air type of movement. While a “Chicken Rig” can go on the top of the worm.
For many anglers, weight placement is important and while there are some who are fine going to the hardware store and purchasing screws, the Dummhfrau Tungsten Nail Weights are the bamboo styoe versions with a screw style shank to hold bait securely and also easy to install. Also offering corrosion resistance and for those who do not like using anything with lead, having that peace of mind that these are tungsten. And for under $10, they are definitely worth considering.
