TBM is an abbreviation of the Japanese English phrase “The Best Moment,” meaning “the best moment.” The encounter with a fish. The thrill of targeting and catching it. They pursue such moments. The TBM fishing channel operates based on this philosophy. They are basically a fun-loving group of people, but when they are aiming for something, they are serious.
