When it comes to alternatives to the big block company, Mould King has received support by fans of their releases thanks to the quality of bricks and the creativity for their releases.
While Mould King is well-nown for its pirate ships, roller coasters and construction vehicle sets. As well as their competitive MK Stars line of spaceships. But also well-known for their vehicles, especially their retro and vintage cars.
Today, I am reviewing the Mould King 24065: Novatown No. Street-Side Centodieci set. This features an French sports car (Bughatti Centodieci) parked in front of a street-side cafe.
Featuring 588 pieces, the set is more of an homage to the Bughatti Centodieci, as they company doesn’t own the license the exact Bughatti, so the vehicle doesn’t look exactly to popular vehicle but you see those subtle comparisons.
For its size, the Mould King 24065: Novatown No. Street-Side Centodieci definitely makes it a solid display piece for home or office. But will no doubt be attractive to Lepin collectors out there.
Last but not least, price per brick, Mould King offers bricks that would work with the other big company’s bricks and are much cheaper per brick. The bricks fit perfectly and instructions are also easy to follow.
