When it comes to mechanical keyboards, a company that has been making a lot of positive noise is RK Royal Kludge.
Founded in 2015 by passionate gamers aiming to create the perfect mechanical keyboard, the RK ROYAL KLUDGE 60% RK61 Pro Mechanical Keyboard is a 60% keyboard for those who are looking for a smaller keyboard that doesn’t take much space.
The keyboard comes with a keycap puller, USB-C cable and extra Gateron Brown switches.
The keyboard features a CNC aluminum case that no doubt gives the keyboard its somewhat hefty weight but also makes the keyboard more textured but also makes sure the keyboard doesn’t get a lot of movement and stays in its place.
The Gateron Brown Switches makes the keyboard not so loud and features 18 RGB backlight modes, 8 monochrome backlight and 1 full color backlight.
But one thing I have loved about RK ROYAL KLUDGE mechanical keyboards is the experience. The RK61 Pro is no different because I can type and game on this mechanical keyboard with ease.
Just typing on it is smooth and a pleasurable typing experience thanks to its stair-up keycap design minimizing hand fatigue.
The RK61 Pro is also hot swappable but it’s important to note that it is a wired keyboard. Also, important to note that this keyboard uses Gateron Brown switches, so not as loud and clicky as blues and not as silent as reds, just right there in the middle in feel and sound.
It’s actually one of my top experiences on a 60% keyboard, I like it that much!
Overall, the RK ROYAL KLUDGE 60% RK61 Pro Mechanical Keyboard is a wonderful mechanical keyboard that I highly recommend!
