There have been a few updates for upcoming Halloween events planned in Tokyo for 2002.
The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes 2022 will take place on October 29-30, 2022. It is not known if limited tickets will be on sale like last year or everything goes back to normal as they have done in the past.
But organizers said they will have more details coming soon.

The “Harajuku Omotesando Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade 2022” is currently scheduled for October 30th. The event had been canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The website has been updated and the announcement was made:
Sorry to keep you waiting. For the first time in three years, the “Harajuku Omotesando Annual Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade 2022” will be held! Event summary has been updated. In addition, this year, we will reduce the scale of the parade to 2/3 of the usual year in consideration to prevent novel coronavirus misfortune. Information on how to participate will be posted on our website around Monday, October 3rd.
