The One about Beaniac Craft Roasted Coffee (Organic Bean Me Up Coffeehouse Blend)

Ever since I began my journey of traveling to different countries for coffee, trying amazing coffee beans from different countries and also learning about the practices of coffee farms and companies, I now look into another company which believes in innovation and sustainability.

The company is Club Coffee (founded in 1906) and one of their well-known coffee brands is Beaniac, a company who prides themselves on a 24/7 mission to find the very best coffee they can get their hands on and also a company that has coffee that is Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Club Coffee is one of the largest coffee roasters in North America, they sell coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino and lattes. Many of their brands are sold exclusively on Amazon, such as Beaniac in the United States, and Good Host and Simply Sensational in Canada.

The company even uses 100% certified compostable pods and won numerous awards, most recently the 2021 Ameristar Award for packaging systems and club coffee.

While Beaniac is known for their pod coffee such as their Sweet n’ saucy caramel, Kickstarter 100% Colombian Single Serve, Hot Cakes Maple Single Serve and French Roast Single Serve, I haven’t drunk any pod-based coffee in years.

Only focusing on whole bean coffee and while I do avoid blends, I wanted to give the Beaniac Craft Roasted Coffee (Organic Bean Me Up Coffeehouse Blend) a try.  The company also sells whole bean for their Kickstarter 100% Colombian and Full on French Roast and also, the one about to review, which is their medium roasted and is 100% organic Arabican coffee.

While I prefer dark, I’m open to trying coffee of all types and this one features a really delicious coffee with acidity and at first, I felt it featured a hint of citrus, but I decided to add my usual cream and it became more chocolatey, smooth taste and notes, possibly of sweet berry but the company uses crisp, stone fruit.

While it is 100% organic Arabican Coffee, I tried to do research of what blend the coffee beans are from.  May it be from Colombia, Brazil, India, etc.  As I liked to know where the beans were sourced and what processing is utilized and these days, companies are becoming more forthcoming about the location and the processing used.  The bigger the company, details tend to be sparse.

As for the coffee, I do like it and I think those who enjoy blended coffee will enjoy it as well.

As my first foray into Beaniac blended coffee, I give the Beaniac Craft Roasted Coffee (Organic Bean Me Up Coffeehouse Blend) a thumbs up!
