Random Musings #188 – It looks like another year without traveling to Japan, as the numbers of those infected with COVID surged in multiple prefectures.
Currently in Japan, there is talk of setting up emergency medical facilities to deal with COVID-19 patients, as hospitals are becoming overwhelmed. So, much that the National Governors’ Association has proposed expanding the coronavirus state of emergency and pre-emergency measures nationwide.
But what is happening Japan is happening in different parts of the world due to the Delta variant and low percentage of vaccinations.
For those who are hoping to travel to Japan or other countries that have not yet opened up for travel….let’s continue to have hope that things get better in 2022.
