This is the first time for me to have Zinc Picolinate. Zinc Picolinate is the zinc salt of picolinic acid. The version I am reviewing is from Vela Nutrition.
I have used Zinc to help ward off a cold as zinc is known as an immunity booster (and use in combination with vitamin C).
I’m not entirely sure of the difference between Zinc and Zinc Picolinate but I hear they work the same. You get a six month supply with 180 50mg capsules. Easy to swallow.
The price is not bad at under $18 and according to Vela Nutrition, this provides immune support, high absorption and antioxidant support.
The Vela Nutrition Premium Zinc Picolinate is recommended!
