As for Ceremonial Grade, It has a fresh, delicate flavor and which means it can be enjoyed by itself without being sweetened or added to anything. It’s not as bitter as premium grade matcha.
Inside a bagged package are 12 individual ceremonial matcha packets.
It’s important that those who are new to matcha, to try it with half a packet or even a quarter. Otherwise a full packet may be bitter for those new to it.
This is very good matcha, requires a bit of stirring but it’s the real deal! Recommended!
