I am a big believer in dry body brushing.
Dry body brushing is a way to exfoliate the body and this has been practiced by many cultures for centuries.
The goal is quite easy and that is to remove dry skin with an exfoliating brush by removing the top layer of dead skin cells.
It’s also said to increase blood circulation and other beliefs (it’s important to note that there is no scientific proof that it works) but for me, it’s all about clearing dead skin cells.
It can be done many times, be done everyday, but as good as a body brush is, it’s not recommended for those with sensitive skin or eczema.
The Charyeah Dry Skin Body Brush is a small hand dry skin body brush, which comes with a bag and hanger.
While it’s recommended for one to get body brushes with a handle (to reach those hard to reach places), having a hand brush you can easily scrub the feet and moving up to your quads, with hands up moving from your arms up.
When you are done, rinse with water and hang the brush in order for it to dry.
That’s it! And it’s also inexpensive!
Overall, the Charyeah Dry Skin Body Brush is great for dry body brushing.
