For those who will be in Tokyo during Halloween, the date for the Harajuku Omotesando Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade 2019 has been announced.
We have given details about the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes 2019 which will be held on October 26th and 27th.
But for those who are looking for a more wholesome, family-oriented Halloween event in Tokyo, the Harajuku Omotesando Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade 2019 is the place to be!
The parade will be held in Omotesando on Sunday, October 27th (Parade is usually at 1:00 – 2:30 p.m – But please visit the site for more info., as it will be updated with more info.).
More than a thousand parents/children participate and nearby stores offer Halloween sweets for children and the Omotesando Hills shopping complex can be enjoyed by parents and children at the Halloween Plaza.
The only thing that can stop the parade is rain (the parade in 2017 was canceled due to rain), so definitely keep an eye on the weather (Click here for October 2019’s Accuweather report for Tokyo), as it looks like there is sun/clouds for that weekend, while mid-week from October 29th – November 1st, there looks to be rain. But definitely keep checking Accuweather if there are updates to the weather.
Sign ups are usually in front of the RLL Ralph Lauren store (right across the street from Kiddyland) in Omotesnado but that may change for 2019.Look for the big tents where people are signing up to take part in the parade.
