The One about Boulangerie Jean Francois France at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya

Japan has a special affinity towards French bakeries especially respectful chefs and Jean Franscois (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) is one of them.

Jean Francois can be in a picture frame at the Tokyo locations which include Jean Francois Shibuya Marks City in Dogenzaka, Viennoiserie Jean Francois in Ginza and the one I visited, Boulangerie Jean Francois France at the Hibiya Food Hall at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya.

The bakery serves a lot of awesome items but for one, you are going to pay Y260 to Y450.

Their wonderful Onion Bread is a thick piece of bread with onion and goes for Y260, a cheese curry pan for Y290 and they also sell items such as Earl Grey bread, cheesecake danish, sausage pan, bacon and mushroom truffle bread, shrimp katsudon bread, spicy chile bread, potato fromage, pan-au-Cannes-Berge, baguette au cheddar, tarte aux pommes and so much more!

There are probably around 50 or more different items that entices people to keep coming back in order to try the different offerings at Boulangerie Jean Francois France.

While Tokyo Midtown in Akasaka has MAISON KAYSER, it’s cool to know that Tokyo Midtown Hibiya has Boulangerie Jean Francois France.

Just don’t ask me which is the best because both are wonderful!
