One of the most difficult things in life as we get older is losing family members, losing friends that you went to school with or grown up with.
This month alone, myself, family and friends who I grew up with in school, we have a lost family/friends that are dear to us and as we reflect, the best we can do is remember the positive memories and be grateful for having them in our lives.
