Today I am once again watching my favorite Whit Stillman film, “Metropolitan”.
The film is enjoyable, hilarious and intellectually stimulating! So, many like-minded people love this film so much that we can’t help but share our favorite moments and many quotes on the Facebook group “Urban Haute Bourgeoisie”.
Also, on my desk is a fun book I want to plug by Nick Kolakowski titled “How to Become an Intellectual: 100 Mandatory Maxiums to Metemorphose into the Most Learned of Thinkers” (avail. now) which I highly recommend.
As for the magazine…a Town & Country magazine article on Whit Stillman and the cast of “Damsels in Distress” made a few years ago.
