As I have Ray-Ban’s for my reading eye glasses, for whenever I need them while driving, I needed another frame.  Something I can just keep in the vehicle, so I opted for something more affordable and cool.

So, I went for the MarchoNYC Downtown M-852 (black weave).

For those not familiar with Marchon Eyewear, the company is based in New York and was founded in 1983.  The company was acquired by VSP (a vision insurance company) back in August 2008, and manufacturers eyeglasses for Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, LACOSTE, Nike vision, Sean John, Valentino, Nautica, Chloe, Columbia to name a few.

As for the M-852, I chose it for its black/marble-like weave.    It was a style of glasses I wore back in college, in fact, similar to a frame that I purchased in Tokyo back in 1999.

Sure, it has a carbon like emblem on the side with a little silver bling, but I’m all good with it as these are primarily going to be used for driving and they are very affordable.

If you are looking for eyeglasses with style but won’t be hard on the wallet, then definitely give Marchon Eyewear a try!
